Growing up on a farm in East Texas, on the outskirts of a small town I yearned to leave, I always knew there was a bigger world waiting to be explored. However, as I entered adulthood, I found myself grappling with feelings of being lost, which led me into a period of depression. Determined to heal myself and break the cycle for my family, I embarked on a spiritual journey while working as a hair colorist to support my education.

Los Angeles was a realm I could never have fathomed. From my vantage point, it was a melting pot of healers from various disciplines, offering diverse practices such as meditation, yoga, and nourishing food – everything I knew I could learn from. For 16 years, I thrived as a hair colorist, simultaneously cultivating a deep yogic practice and exploring a wide range of spiritual modalities.

The birth of my son, a subsequent divorce, and the challenges of running my own business as a single mother propelled me to dive even deeper within myself. It was during this time that I delved into the realm of plant medicine, which completely transformed my perspective. I became acutely aware that I was destined for something greater – a profound purpose.

Guided by a mentor for the past few years, I have opened my heart to the divine feminine and goddess work. Through this journey, I received training in hands-on healing and became a coach.

Recently, I had the profound joy of welcoming my second child into the world. This transformative experience has deepened my commitment to assisting fellow mothers on their journey to empowered childbirth. My passion is dedicated to supporting women from pre-conception through birth and into motherhood, empowering them to embrace the path of motherhood with strength and sovereignty. I walk alongside them, offering guidance as they navigate early motherhood and form lasting bonds with their newborns. It is both humbling and an honor to serve women, reflecting their light and wholeness into their lives
